“Due to their weak foundation, or, to put it another way, as a result of receiving an inadequate early education, many kids struggle in fundamental topics like mathematics, science, English language, etc. A weak foundation hinders a person’s overall development in terms of their personality, knowledge, cognitive abilities, and ability to make decisions, and it ultimately reduces their chances of succeeding academically or landing a good job, both of which have an impact on their quality of life as a whole. The most frequent thing I’ve observed in my work as a student counsellor with thousands of students between the ages of 18 and 40 is that their life quality generally is backward integrated, and that it all started during their school years. After learning about their problems and the subsequent hardships they had to go through in their lives, I did realize that, those youngsters desperately needed professional-career counselling to help them live more dignified and comfortable lives. My encounter with all those youngsters inspired me to go out on a quest to find the causes of these problems and address them there first, and I firmly believe that a preschool is the best place to start with” Cubs-The Preschool’s Mission is its curriculum, which has been designed and developed by alumni from the IIT and IIM, backed by more than 15 years of expertise in the preschool sector, and is implemented flawlessly by Smt.
